Business websites for established firms
A website of 5 or more pages for established firms with several services and more work to show. It includes everything in the Starter website, plus a search-optimised page for each service, case study pages, a detailed quote request form, Google Business Profile setup with a reviews badge, business email on your domain and 2 rounds of changes.
“I worked with SortaSystems to design and build the brand-new website for my business, Sammy’s Ceremonies and I couldn't be happier with the result. I needed a custom website that felt warm, personal, and inviting while still being fast, modern, and easy for couples to navigate on mobile. Evan took the time to really understand my business and handled the entire web development process from start to finish. Since launching, I’ve already had amazing feedback and my enquiries have significantly increased. Would highly recommend!”
“Evan created a website for me within 3 working days. The communication was fast and he listened to everything I wanted and helped me when I needed it. He explained everything clearly and offered extra support and advice. I am extremely happy with the final result. Thank you so much!”

OP Dynamics
Dr Rupert A. Hayles Jr. advises presidents, CEOs and executive teams. We moved the site off shared WordPress hosting onto a fast static build, with pages for the advisory work, speaking, insights and books, and a page to book a strategy call. A redirect map keeps every old address working.

The Center for Emotional Development
The Center runs emotional intelligence assessments, coaching and certification courses. Its site moved off Squarespace into the same build as OP Dynamics and keeps its own address. A buyer books a course place in two steps, details then card payment, and the site counts the places left in each cohort.

Life Coaching with Lucy
Lucy is an online life coach for women. She sent her logo as a screenshot, so we redrew it as a sharp logo that scales to any size. The one-page site covers her story, qualifications, how she helps and her coaching packages. Every enquiry from the contact form goes straight to her inbox, with spam filtered out.

What your business website includes
When a business offers several services, one page cannot rank for all of them. Each service needs its own page that answers what customers search for, shows finished jobs and makes it easy to ask for a quote.
Each service page answers the questions customers search for, such as what the job involves, the areas you cover and how to get a quote. Case study pages show a finished job from start to end, with photos and the customer's review, and link back to the service they belong to. Every page ends with the quote form, so a visitor who is ready can ask straight away.

Business website questions
How is a Business website different from a Starter website?
A Starter website covers up to 5 pages, with one page for all your services. A Business website gives each service its own search-optimised page, adds case studies and a detailed quote form, and includes Google Business Profile setup and business email. Choose it when you offer several services and want each one found on Google.
How many pages can a Business website have?
As many as your services and case studies need. The quote covers the pages agreed at the start, and pages added later are quoted the same way.
Can you move my existing website without losing my Google rankings?
We map every page of your old site to its new address and set up redirects, so old links and search results keep working. Rankings can move for a few weeks after any site change, and the redirects protect what your old pages have built up. We check Google Search Console after launch for any page that needs attention.
Can my team update the website themselves?
Yes, if you want to. We add a content editor, quoted with the site, so your team can update pages, case studies and news without touching code. Each person gets their own login with the right permissions.
