What automation care covers
Automations depend on apps you do not control. When one of them changes a field or a sign-in, the workflow can stop without anyone noticing for days.
A daily check runs on every workflow and tells us when something fails. We fix it when a connected app changes, make small changes to existing workflows and send a monthly report of what ran and what was fixed.

What counts as a small change?
Adjustments to a workflow that already exists, such as a new field, a changed recipient or an extra filter. A new workflow is quoted separately.
What if I have more than 5 workflows?
We quote a plan that covers all of them before you start.
Do you look after workflows you did not build?
Yes. We review them first, and fix anything fragile before the plan starts.
