Cloud sync and backup
Cloud sync and backup with a recovery plan for the day something fails. Your files and email sit on the cloud service that fits your team and sync automatically to a second, versioned copy at a separate cloud provider that brings back deleted or encrypted files, with a test restore and a written disaster recovery plan. The provider bills storage to you at their price.

How your backup protects you
A cloud drive on its own is not a backup. When a file is deleted or encrypted, the sync copies the damage to every device.
We keep a second, versioned copy at a separate cloud provider, so a deleted or encrypted file can be brought back from before the damage. A test restore proves the copies work, and a written plan sets out what to do and who to call on the day something fails.

Backup questions
Is OneDrive or Google Drive enough as a backup?
They keep your files in sync, which also syncs a deletion or ransomware damage to every device. A separate, versioned copy lets you go back to a point before the damage.
What does the recovery plan include?
What to do when files, email or a device are lost, in what order, and who to call, written so someone other than you can follow it.
How often are restores tested?
We run a test restore at setup. With Systems care, restores are tested again as part of the monthly checks.
