What systems care covers
Small problems pile up between projects: a renewal that lapses, a backup nobody has tested, a leaver who still has access.
Each month we watch uptime and renewals, apply security updates, keep DNS and email authentication healthy, test that backups restore and fix what comes up. Small changes up to 1 hour a month are included, and cloud accounts and automations have their own care plans.

We quote it at a fixed price before we start, so there are no surprise bills.
Is the price per user?
The price is per system. Adding people to your team does not change it.
