Custom Software & Automation
Internal tools & dashboards
Replace error-prone spreadsheets with dashboards and proper databases that are easy to manage, reliable, and built around your exact workflow.
The work
Most small businesses run at least one critical process out of a spreadsheet that has quietly become software. Shared editing was solved years ago; what has not been is that a spreadsheet has no rules. Nothing stops a date going into the price column, a sort that only caught half the range, or the same customer existing three times. Nothing tells anyone it happened.
We give the data one place to live with the rules a sheet cannot enforce, and build screens around the three fields your team fills in daily rather than the forty a generic product asks for. Access follows the org chart, so somebody can add a job without seeing everyone's margins. And it does work rather than only recording it: the number you rebuild by hand each month is already current, and it reads from and writes to the systems you already pay for.
How it runs
Understand
We watch how the work really moves, which is never what the process document says. Where does it stop? What gets typed in twice? What only works because Dawn on the front desk remembers the workaround, and what happens the week Dawn is in Portugal?
Scope
Then we pick. Whatever costs the most hours or carries the most risk goes first, written up as a bounded job with a price on it. You'll know exactly what you're getting before anyone writes a line of code.
Build
We build it, then put it in front of the people who actually have to use it every day, while it is still cheap to change. They always find things we missed, which is the whole reason they see it in week two rather than at the handover.
Handover
You get the working system, clear documentation, and a handover to whoever owns the process. Keep us involved afterwards if it helps. The point is that you do not have to.
