About cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. This site also uses local storage, which works in the same way. This policy refers to both as cookies.
Only strictly necessary cookies are set automatically. Nothing else is stored unless you accept it.
The durations below are maximums. Some browsers, including Safari, delete storage set by scripts sooner, so in practice a cookie may last days rather than months.

What analytics collects
Pages viewed, the site you arrived from, links and buttons clicked, your browser and device, and your approximate location from your IP address. The IP address is not stored.
This data is held for 12 months. We do not use it for advertising and do not share it.
If you decline
We still count the page view, but anonymously. The same applies before you answer the panel at all. Nothing is written to your device: no cookie, no local storage entry, no identifier.
Instead of an identifier, PostHog works out a temporary code on its own servers from your IP address and browser, which changes every day. It cannot be linked to you, to your other visits, or to any other website.
This mode collects no location, keeps no record of a returning visitor, and records no session. It is a page count and nothing more.
Storing nothing on your device is why this needs no consent under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. If you would rather we did not count the visit at all, block this site in your browser or use its private mode.
The chat window
The chat sets no cookie. Messages you send are stored on our systems in London and used to answer you. If you give contact details, we treat them as an enquiry.
Conversations are deleted automatically 90 days after your last message. Ask us and we will delete one sooner.
Third-party cookies
We use no advertising cookies, no social media buttons and no tag manager.
Analytics is provided by PostHog, hosted in the European Union, and served from our own domain.
Managing your choices
Use the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page to change or withdraw your consent.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. The site will still work.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the site changes. The date at the top shows the last update.
