Mail providers check that a message really comes from your domain before they deliver it. When the SPF, DKIM or DMARC records on your domain are missing or wrong, your quotes and invoices land in spam or go missing, and nobody tells you.

What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?

They are DNS records that prove your email really comes from your domain. SPF lists the services allowed to send for you, DKIM signs each message, and DMARC tells providers what to do with mail that fails, so your mail reaches the inbox and fakes do not.
