Each month we make the small changes you send, such as prices, photos or opening hours, apply security updates and watch uptime. We manage your DNS, keep your domain and SSL certificate renewed, and check that your forms still deliver.

Website care questions

What counts as a small change?

Edits that take a few minutes, such as new prices, a new photo, updated opening hours or a line of text. A new page or a redesign is quoted separately.

Do you look after websites you did not build?

Yes. We review the site first, and if it needs more than the plan covers, such as many plugins to keep updated, we quote that before you start.

What happens if I cancel?

Your site keeps running, and your domain and hosting accounts stay in your name.
