How much does automation cost for a small business?
A workflow automation starts from £450, an internal tool or dashboard from £1,200, and custom software from £1,500. AI assistants start from £750 to build, then one flat monthly fee. Every price is a starting point, and you get a fixed quote in writing before any work starts.
Where should I start?
With the task that costs your team the most hours each week. It is usually information copied by hand from one system to another, such as enquiries into a CRM or jobs into invoices. We automate that first, then decide the next step together.
Which tools can you connect?
Most tools that offer an API or a data export, such as CRMs, booking systems, accounting software, email and spreadsheets. If a tool has no way to connect, we tell you before you pay for anything.
What happens when one of my apps changes?
Every workflow reports when a step fails. With Automation care, from from £150 a month for up to 5 workflows, a daily check runs on each one and we fix it when a connected app changes. Without a plan, fixes are charged from from £95 an hour.
